Did you know that after the Great Wall of China, the Limes is the longest archaeological monument in the world?

It ran 550 km across Germany. About 164 km of this route lie in Baden-Württemberg, 59.4 km of which are in the Ostalbkreis district.

The VILOTEL is very close to the Roman past. The Romans have shaped our landscape in a unique way.

Impressive traces of this history can still be seen and experienced today.
