I have known Michael Mönch for many years. I have already opened a hotel with him and supported him for many years as a restaurant manager.

So, Was the Path Practically Predetermined?

When Michael opened his own hotel, the VILOTEL, it took exactly one year for me to join him. An ingenious concept, a wonderful “living room” gave me the incentive to manage the restaurant at VILOTEL. The wine and dining menu is of a standard that our guests from all over the world and I greatly appreciate. Ensuring drinks never run out, food reaches its guests, and events become memorable experiences – no problem at all. Extensive professional experience and enjoying my work are my strengths.

There’s always something to do, but in my free time, I also enjoy relaxing on the sofa or going out into nature when the weather is nice. To stay agile, I regularly treat myself to massages, which ultimately benefits not only me.
