Although I had a job at another hotel, towards Aalen, the “newness” and the proximity to my home enticed me to switch. So I’ve been part of Team VILOTEL from day one. We swallowed a lot of construction dust and angrily chased after some craftsmen…

Luckily, our guests don’t make as much mess as our craftsmen did back then????

My intuition is that all guests find their room or the entire hotel in pristine condition and thus feel at home from the very first minute. At home as a guest.

With 3 children and a husband, unfortunately, the household doesn’t run itself either. But my family supports me amazingly, so that in our free time we take many family trips, excursions, and bike tours.
